Our Mission

At People First NYC, we are dedicated to providing essential community support services. Our mission is to empower individuals and foster a sense of belonging through various programs and initiatives.


People First NYC provides health-related social needs services as a contracted provider in a New York State Social Care Network under the NYHER Section 1115 Medicaid waiver. Services are available at no cost to eligible Medicaid members. Eligibility is determined by the Social Care Network following a screening; submitting a request does not guarantee services.
